Is there a travel fee?

I will travel free within a 30-mile radius!
travel fees will apply based on location outside of that 30 mile radius

How long until galleries are delivered

Galleries are sent out within 2-4 weeks after your session! Don't worry I send sneak peaks Within 8 days! However during my busy season times may vary!

What are the payment methods

I will send an invoice to your email! If invoices don't work for you, I can use PayPal per request!

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes I do require a $25 deposit on top of your package! This will keep your date secure!

Policies and procedures


Once a photography session has taken place, the service is considered completed.

Because photography is a service-based, time-based industry, no refunds will be issued after the session has been performed, regardless of processing or delivery delays caused by technical or server issues.


Editing and digital file delivery are included in the service, but delays in delivery do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Standard delivery is 8-12 weeks, but may vary depending on:


• Seasonal workload

• Internet/server upload speed

• File size

• Third-party gallery hosting delays

• Unexpected technical issues


Clients will receive an email notification when their gallery is fully uploaded.

Partial uploads may occur during server processing. This is normal.


TECHNICAL ISSUES & SYSTEM OUTAGES


In the event of delays caused by:

• Website host outages

• Gallery provider errors

• Upload failures

• Cloud processing issues

• Email delivery problems


The photographer will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue promptly.

Technical delays do not qualify as grounds for a refund.

COMMUNICATION POLICY


All official communication must be sent to:



 Your business email


 Your business phone number


Instagram DMs and comments are not monitored, are not an official communication method, and are not guaranteed to be seen in a timely manner.


Business hours are posted publicly. Messages received outside of business hours, weekends, holidays, or posted out-of-office dates will be replied to when business hours resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY


If a client needs to cancel prior to the session, deposits/retainers are non-refundable but may be transferable depending on notice and availability.

Once the session has been completed, the full fee is non-refundable.


CLIENT CONDUCT POLICY


Harassment, threats, abusive language, or public defamation attempts (including negative comments posted before attempting professional resolution) may result in:


• Contract termination

• Removal of comments

• Limitation of communication to email only

• Potential legal action if defamation occurs


Clients are expected to communicate professionally and respectfully.


IMAGE RIGHTS


All digital images remain the copyrighted property of the photographer.

A refund if ever approved would legally void usage rights and the images would not be delivered.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the policies listed on this website, including the no-refund policy for completed sessions, delivery timelines, and communication procedures.
